The S86WMUPR integrates directly with an existing Wi-Fi network, eliminating the need for additional control wiring beyond standard HVAC connections.
This makes it an ideal solution for retrofit applications where HVAC control wiring is limited.

This module provides two-way local Ethernet (Wi-Fi) integration with the AprilAire S86WMUPR, including:
- Heat, cool, and auto setpoint control with real-time feedback
- System mode control and feedback
- Fan mode control and feedback
- Humidity control and feedback
- Outdoor temperature injection from external sensors
- Equipment status feedback
- Raw sensor data for all onboard sensors
- Fahrenheit and Celsius support
- Contractor information feedback
- Device identification feedback
License Activation
The SIMPL Windows Module is a free download; however, a Module Instance License is required for operation.
Each module instance requires a separate license.
Your license is available immediately after purchase. Activation is straightforward:
- The module generates a unique Activation Key
- Purchase the license using the Activation Key
- Trigger the module to retrieve the license automatically
No manual entry of license codes is required. Please see the module help file for detailed activation instructions.
Licenses are tied to the Crestron processor and the program slot (or Room ID for VC-4).
